That’s right. I go shirtless. I made this video back in July and haven’t gotten around to posting it. But I figured I’d do it since NO ONE is going shirtless in the weight loss blog world until AFTER they have lost the weight, and that includes Muata!!!
So..there it goes. I went shirtless at 284 lbs DURING my weight loss journey. The video pretty much speaks for itself…
Thoughts???
have you seen this guy? 344pounds.com- he goes shirtless every week!
i think you are very smart and you are 100% right your a very smart person we need more ppl like you in this world
omg.. im 190 lbs and i think im already too fat. thanks for the motivation. π

Hey, Israel this is very courageous of you to do this. I see that you’re a very confident and competitive man keep up the good work with those motivation videos. People might laugh to this but they wont later because hard work pays off.
Screw those that laugh!
You just wanted to show off your tattoos.
Strong work! You’ll be under 250 in no time.
However, when you get to your goal, buy some new clothes. I think those pants are already a little too big for you. π
Thanks Kal, I plan on it…
The fiber diet is the nutrient that our body can not metabolize and use as energy. The fiber fulfills many important functions, not only nutritionally also helps to regulate bowel function, prevent gastrointestinal and cardiovascular diseases, this is part of its subject matter findrxonline on this important issue.
Previously it was thought that fiber was not very important for our body because it could not be assimilated. But studies have shown the importance of fiber that must be firmly embedded in our diet, as recommended for frequent consumption.
Thank you for your honesty. This is quite an inspiration!
Good job on your progress! I have very little bit of fat to lose to achieve six pack abs, but reading your blog and watching your videos motivate me to push myself a lot harder. Keep it up!
Hey, you’re working it!! I know you have to feel good from where u began to the present…..
Hey, I think you look good for a 284-pounder. At least you’re fit. Continue reaching you’re goal and show us your next video.
You really took off your shirt.. great courage there!! It’s good that you feel good about yourself. It keeps other guys out there motivated!
Burn fat burn…
Wow. Good for you! That takes some guts!
Exercising is still the very best way you can do to loss weight in a healthier way, as well.
weldone bro, takes some b*lls to do that.
Good Job keep it up(keep the weight down lol)
Why does it always have to be “it’s hard to lose weight”, when I find it very hard to gain weight. I’m a 115-lbs woman who did all my best to gain some weight. Many people envy my body, but I hate it actually.
is still the very best
Way to go Israel! You are keeping me motivated on my journey so keep up the great work!
Well done mate. That took some real courage. Keep it up!
You are on a good start though:) Keep it up!
Waaa…….this is really something .I mean how can you do that in just a span of time? Keep it up dude wish my cousin can have that skills as you have she really likes to lose weight fast
I want to loose 30 Lbs too, can you suggest some diet for it?
I’m sure if you saw the spirit and believe in yourself, your diet program will work. Success, yes, this video can motivate people who want to diet.
Brave, I have before pictures set for my blog.. but I’ll post them as you say, after the weight is off. I’m at 249 right now, down from my all time high of 336.. I’m getting there. My goal is to get to 200 and then I think I’ll just maintain there. I think I can get there in 6 months or so.
One day at a time.. π
