Who Said Fat Men Can’t Run?
This video is from late August 2007 when I started jogging on my treadmill. It’s so weird seeing myself not being able to complete a little 10 minute jog on the treadmill. I was jogging for a minutes when I started feeling some pain.
I am happy to say that those days are over and that I can now complete longer, more intense, runs. I was noticeably bigger here too, my cheeks were out of control (still are, but less). That shirt I am wearing is my infamous Mr. Bundles workout shirt.
Enjoy your Saturday folks. Peace.
Keep going…never give up…and eat right. cutting out the fast food and excercising is the key.
yes, they do help.
My wind isn’t very bad at all (6’5″ 340 lbs) but my feet and ankles start to hurt if I go very far on a run. I like using an elipitical machine than a treadmill or jogging.
i have heard that those machines are easier on your knees.
Do you perform intervals?
yessiree. HIIT. I love it.
that was a great idea to video yourself so you can have a real visual of your improvement. That in itself must be very motivating!! Keep it up!!!

I have been documenting myself with video and pictures, hopefully I will be able to look back and see all the weight I lost.
I’m fat and I do run on treadmill daily, since I decided to loose weight. Fat Men can run, but they get tired quickly, like I do. Its hard to Run with 110 KG of wight on my body. :S
I can run too, I can actually run for a full 20 to 30 minutes now.
That a really good idea to video tape yourself. What a great way to “track” your growth. When you need some motivation you can look back at where you were at, “Feel” a great sense of accomplishment and use that to get your over the hump!!!!
Good to hear that from you. Next time make it 30 minutes
