Weight Loss Video Diary – Week 4: Consistency

Week 4 is in the books! I had another really good week. I was extremely consistence across the board, from my eating to my exercise. And it feels great! I feel like I’m on a roll and want to keep it going into next week. My daily decisions have been for the best and that also has me feeling good about myself. I’ve been eating my Nutrisystem meals and getting my workouts in. I was about to workout so I cut this video short. You can see that I’m sitting in The Shack where I get most of my workouts in. Hey Israel make sure that you get your rest. So you can keep your energy levels up. Keep it up and avoid the temptations!
Yep. I take Sundays off from any direct exercise, but I may play at the park or do some kind of activity. Last night I went to bed around 8PM!!!! Crazy!
Keep it up man, I just watch your video and i’m gonna do some exercise my self and try to lose some pounds. I’m 14.5 stones and I have been like that for a while, but I’m trying to build the metal state to do this because I keep slacking :(.
