Weight Loss Video Diary – Week 2: Slow Start

Hey guys here’s week two. I had a slow start to the week. I didn’t eat right 100% of the time and my workouts weren’t amazing, but I did manage to do something and eat most of my Nutrisystem foods. So I need to improve on what I did, since I actually did something. It wasn’t a complete failure.

It’s my first time on your site. I’ve RSS’d the feed, so I’ll be sure to follow along. Although I haven’t seen your workouts yet, I might suggest you include the following:
1. Compound exercises
2. Supersets.
3. Intervals.
I am convinced this is the best approach for weight loss.
