Week Nine, Take a Glimpse into My Time with BistroMD
What up world?! How are you guys?! I am still fighting strong on my mission with BistroMD to put a “Death to the Yo-Yo- Life” once and for all! I have been dropping and average of three pounds a week and I plan on continuing in that pattern. People who see me around Tampa, FL have been asking me how I am losing so much weight. I spend so much of my time explaining to different people all that I do. So I decided on my next video update, I would just show you.
We had so much fun during the making of this video. If you enjoy it let me know and we’ll make sure to do something like this again. It is something exciting and new for Fat Man Unleashed and BistroMD. Honestly, I believe we all need something new to spice up this journey of ours. So this is my way of spicing things up for you guys.

That’s right, your fellow soldier Frank C. can get down on the mic too (for those that are confused, that means I perform very well on the microphone)!
