Week 11, I Need All Your Questions for BistroMD
What’s up world?! It’s Mr. G.I. Joe, Frank C. with Fat Man Unleashed here with an exciting update on my mission with BistroMD. I have been going full force, not settling for mediocrity. I have taken on a great mission and BistroMD has given me all the supplies I need. My parents have always taught to give back more to those who have given to you. Because of that I have been graciously invited to meet with the Founding physician of BistroMD, Dr. Caroline Cederquist, and I will interview her on video for the world to see. So people I need your questions!!
Dr. Cederquist has appeared as a weight-management expert on national television, including the Dr. Phil Show, the Ricki Lake show and the Ananda Lewis shows, and is the contributing medical editor on her local Today Show, through the NBC affiliate in Fort Myers, Florida. She shares her wisdom through her syndicated “Get the Skinny” radio health segment, which is heard around the country, through articles in regional and national magazines, including Parent and newspaper column, and with her best-selling book, “Helping Your Overweight Child” and soon to be published “Honest Diet for Busy Women”.
As one of only about 250 doctors nationwide to have achieved board certification in bariatrics–the specialty of medical weight management–Dr. Cederquist knows the difficult reality people face in trying to develop healthy eating habits and manage their weight. She built her specialty practice after working in family practice and seeing how widespread medical problems related to weight have become. Her philosophy has always been that promoting wellness is far preferable to healing illness, even if it does not seem to have the same urgency. And she believes that today, there is a great urgency.
I have the most respect for individuals such as Dr. Cederquist who spend their lives giving back to society. We need more people like her in this world. We need more doctors, more scholars, more pioneers, more innovators, more thinkers, and more leaders! We need more people to get up, get out, and get something done! And when I say something, I mean something more then what you need to do for you. Let’s spend our lives doing something for the world around us.
What I need from you, are all the questions you may have for Dr. Cederquist. Anything you can think of that you would like to know about BistroMD. If you have some good questions for me, I promise to ask her in our interview. Make sure you leave me your name, city, and state, so I can announce who the questions are from. Thank you so much for your support, now send me your questions!!!

I have been on the BistroMD diet only two weeks. I would like to incorporate an exercise program along with my diet. How many more calories should I add to my diet when I start exercisg? I have problems balancing exercise & diet, so that my body is getting enough food and not in a state of starvation. This has been a fraustrating and serious problem. DeBorah
