The Nutri Switch
Man, I’ve been at this weight loss thing for quite some time. I’ve been dealing with weight issues for years, even back when I was a kid. It’s been a long journey. I’ve had moments where I’ve managed to get back on track, only to be derailed for (ENTER YOUR REASON HERE). That’s right, I’ve been living the yo-yo life for so long that I have gotten used to it. It’s the norm…
Not anymore! I finally see the light at the end of the diet tunnel. I feel as though I can breathe again. I have new hope! I know I can stop the yo-yo dieting and lead the life I want to live. It’s not about anything more than wanting to be happy. I’m not that typical overweight person that has to lose 15 to 30 extra lbs. I was 350 lbs!! I’ve managed to lose and gain hundreds of pounds over the last few years, but that’s not happening anymore. Now I have an aid. I have one of the hardest parts of this whole weight loss puzzle under control: The food. Thanks to Nutrisystem and Meredith (she’s my new best friend at the company), I have been able to stop worrying about what to eat. I can instead focus my energy on working my mind and body into shape. The mind is the hardest and most crucial part to this whole thing.
While I’ve had my moments of greatness during this whole journey, I’ve never been able to visualize myself achieving my ultimate goal. Now I can. I’m closing than I’ve been in a long time and it feels amazing. I often read about other people’s success stories. I visit websites and blogs to read about the success because I know it’s possible, but never thought it was for me. Those people managed to turn on their “switches” and now so have I.
So yes, I’ve turned on the Nutri Switch and I plan on leaving it there for a very long time!

Awesome to hear. I know that we get to see stories a lot of time of people either way overweight or fighting to get back with a long way to go. I love to see a fellow blogger that has fought it off successfully. Great blog post to read!
Thanks Bill, it’s a lifelong journey, I think…
