Replacing Food When Dieting Vlog
It has been a busy week thus far and it’s only going to get busier. This week I launched Health Ranker, the new health 2.0, social media health site. It has been positively received so far and I can only see it getting better. In this weeks video blog I start off mentioning Health Ranker and ask for suggestions and feedback. I also mention my awesome new fat man t-shirts that came in the mail and ask for guest post submissions. I will be attending the Affiliate Summit in Las Vegas and will not have much time so any guests posts are welcome, just stick to health related topics.
The main focus of the vlog though is my health tip on replacing food when dieting and not just removing food. It’s all about dieting for the long haul. Hope you enjoy. Peace.

Israel, did you have the t-shirts made locally or via the internet? I’m going to be having some made myself soon, but wasn’t sure where to look for quality.
Great idea on the new site. You’re right, the larger sites like Digg are really hard to get any exposure on if you’re not in a specific niche.

Hi Carla, I am on your site now and I love that cartoon of you. Just saw your video, it was super helpful. Aside from the glare on the right side, the video was awesome. Way better than mine. You looked so natural on camera. I find that I look nervous, and feel nervous when I do my videos. Hopefully that will go away soon.
