  1. My inspiration to be honest is to feel more comfortable with myself and be able to wear normal size clothes. I love the feeling and energy I get from eating right and exercising too.

That’s a great product for people on the go! I would diffidently pack a few of those in my backpack next to the chemistry and math books!

    So what inspires me?…
Reflecting inspires me. Usually, at the end of the crazy day, I have a few hours to spend some quality time by myself, and just reflect about the past, present, and future. And that has gave me to strength to proceed towards my goals.

I found my inspiration after I quit smoking 7 months ago and gained 15 pounds. I started to get depressed and turned to the internet and started looking up low-fat recipes. I’m addicted to eating healthy!! I’m so happy I traded a bad addiction for a healthy one! I love the fullbar’s I eat them before dinner and I can’t believe how much they help me!!

I do not need to loose weight, since I am not fat, but I wish the samples to my girlfriend for her birthday next week.

I really love to stay healthy, feel good about myself and be in shape. But, I also love food, especially foods like pizza, french bread, pasta and rice. You know, the foods with a lot of carbohydrates…

I’m real busy with my work and school schedule so there isn’t much time for me to exercise on a daily basis. I also have cravings during the mid-day/nights and tend to eat a lot of snacks…

I obviously can’t do it alone and so I beleive FullBar is the perfect remedy in order for me to eat less, lose weight and feel good and confident about myself.

I’ve read Dr. Michael A. Synder’s book about the 6 tips to lose weight, feel great and be healthy. I found that to be so informational. I’ve been trying to follow all six steps but there were/are times that I failed. However, I totally managed to eliminate sugared sodas, juices, fancy coffees and sport drinks in my diet. I feel real good about that.

I ran the Los Angeles Marathon once back in 2007. I hope that I can have the discipline to manage my schedule in a way that active living can be a major part of my life.

Full Bar is number #1… 😀

eesh, my motivations have changed over time.

Initially it was because I hated the way I looked and the way I felt emotionally, and physically. I was tired ALL the time. I was on anti-depressants. Life just sucked.

After a few months of eating right and exercising I actually started feeling better, physically and emotionally. I still had a long way to go in terms of poundage though. It wasn’t like I was standing naked in front of the mirror admiring my ripped abs or anything! I just kept on keeping on because eating healthy and exercising made me feel good on the inside.

And then “it” happened…and this is what has kept me going for a long time…so long that I’ve surpassed my original goal and set ones that I once upon a time could not fathom being possible…

“It” was what for a long time I called, “The Walking Pheromone”. From the minute I first laid eyes on him, I wanted him. BUT, I still had about 30lbs to lose. I figured he would not be attracted to me and I had zero confidence in terms of approaching him first. I was fat. He was not. That’s what was in my head anyway. Who knows how he would of reacted.

My only solution was to get myself to his level of fitness – then if he rejected me it wouldn’t be because I wasn’t in his league. Getting in top physical condition became an obsession. If I was going to have him, in my mind, that’s what I had to do. So, I did it.

So basically, sex became my motivation. 😉

These days, it’s kinda all of the above. I just FEEL better – on the inside!

My inspiration to lose weight is my health. I have two chronic auto-immune disorders that are quite painful and this extra 150lbs is not helping matters any. I want to be able to hold and run and play with my grandchildren. And above all, I want to feel better and if losing this weight will help me to achieve that goal, I’m all for it.
