4.5 Lbs Lost and Monthly Weight Loss Pictures
Well, today was that time…weekly weigh-in time. I had missed last weeks weigh-in and was eager to find out my weight this week. I had been thinking about this for a whole two weeks and am glad it’s over, if at least for a week. Unfortunately, I did not break the 300 lb mark, but I think that next week will be a milestone in my weight loss journey. Let me stop getting ahead of myself and focus on the now. So, My official weight as of today is 302.3 lbs, which is a total of 4.5 lbs lost since my last weigh-in. Not too shabby in my opinion.
That brings my total weight loss to 12 lbs since I started the 30 day cleanse. As usual, I am taking my Isalean shakes twice a day and eating one 500 to 600 calories meal for lunch. Sometimes the meal is more around 350 to 400 lbs, but I make sure it is both satisfying and nutritious. I have great energy levels and my workouts are starting to go to the next level (I will make a post on this new “level” I am talking about soon). The only downside, in my case, is that I feel semi-constipated. What I mean is that I am using the bathroom regularly, but I feel as though I am not finished. Get what I mean?
I have also updated my weight loss chart and am proud to announce that I am at the lowest I have been in several years. While it’s not quite sub 300, I am confident that next week I will reach my first major goal of reaching 299 lbs (it’s been a long time coming).
I finally took my monthly weight loss pictures. It has been a long time, but I am re-dedicating myself to taking monthly photos of my evolution. This time around there is a slight difference in the fat on my body, nothing major, but it’s a little noticeable. I still have major fat folds going on, but they are starting to subside. I feel a lot better than I did a few months ago and am glad that I have taken steps in the right direction. See the photos below. WARNING: Man boobs and fat folds aplenty are coming up!!!
CONGRATULATIONS Israel ~ quite an accomplishment! Keep up the great work and you’ll be below that 300 mark in no time! Love your determination and “can do” attitude! Ranae
Ranae, thanks!!! Your comments keep me going!
Boom…….good work!
Ahhhh Yeahh!!! Hope your trip was fun!
Great job!
Keep up the strong work.
Thanks! Strong indeed, today I had a killer workout.
You are really going after it Israel – Keep at it!
Is there any other way? When ever I feel like quitting, or eating a piece of chocolate cake or a slice of pizza I tell myself the following:
NO ONE IS GOING TO GET YOU IN SHAPE BUT YOURSELF! YOU HAVE TO DO THIS. SO STOP BITCHING AND GET IT DONE.
Great job Israel! Now if I can just get off my arse and update my own progress, after hounding you to do yours… Good looking graph!
Thanks for getting on me about my weigh ins progress. Now let’s see your results buddy!
Great job Is! Keep it up bro, and you may want to try eating celery sticks and drinking lots of water. Also, keep in mind that you are taking in less sold foods, so digestive system will have to adjust to that also. More than anything else, drink plenty of water (i.e., more than usual). If push comes to shove, get some psyllium (sp?)husks based fiber formula to help keep you regular. Congrats again …
As if right on point, I was able to finally do my thing in the bathroom, if ya know what I mean. I’m drinking a lot of water.
Great job. I know after you missed your weigh-in last week you were hoping to break 300, but 4.5 lbs is a great accomplishment. I’m pulling for you to break 300 after this week.
Next week should be good.
Way to go mate!!! You are blasting those pounds!! Keep going!!
Take care,
Andrew

Keep up the good work. I’m doing the pushup routine to get in shape.
I wanted to do that, but I prefer more variety in my workouts. I have been doing several sets of pushups throughout the week though.
Oh, you are strong man!
Yup Israel, keep up 🙂 You can make it
FUCKING AMAZING!!! Good stuff Israel!! Keep the motivation up and you will shatter your own records in no time. You have that fire that can keep you going when things get rough…you know…that INNER WARRIOR..RAWR.

great effort Israel. Keep up the good work until you can lose
a few lbs more because i still see some fat. I want to encourage you.
How much you have loose in last month? Did you face any side effect for doing this.
It was a few pounds, no side effects.
Great job dude, I’m glad I found this site. I need to shed a few pounds and I will definitely use that chart to help me plot losses!
Good luck with it all!
Good luck Matt, let me know about your progress.
Great Effort~! Keep going on^^
Keep up the good work, but keep in mind that you should be working with a minimum and maximum scale. You should have a minimum amount of calories, fat, carbohydrates and protein, as well as a maximum. If you don’t hit the minimum amounts, your body will hold on to the fat; it thinks it’s starving.
hey this is really great loved your determination keep it up 🙂
that sucks.
Way to go mate!!! You are blasting those pounds!! Keep going!!
